Headley Heath Riders Association (HHRA) is committed to ensuring your privacy is protected. This policy explains in detail the types of personal data we may collect about you when you interact with us. It also explains how we’ll store and handle that data, and the procedures that we have in place to safeguard your privacy.

Information is provided when you register to become a member of HHRA or use our website headleyheathridersassociation.co.uk or headleyheathdressage.co.uk, including but not limited to your computer’s IP address, your browser type and the pages of the website you have visited or location data, which your mobile device provides if you consent.
If you contact us by any means, including social media, we may keep a record of that correspondence
When you visit our events which may have a photographer, we may record your image during your visit.
